Working closely with the school’s Head, Board chair or search committee, Zug Leadership Consulting will design the opportunity statement, curate a pool of experienced leaders through innovative recruitment and provide reference checks. Throughout the search process, Rebecca will collaborate with both the school and candidates to ensure clear communication and an efficient human-centered process. Once a leader has been selected, Rebecca will support the onboarding journey.
